Crypto Research and Market Analyst

CONSTI is in search of a Crypto Research and Market Analyst to contribute to various market research initiatives centered on cryptocurrencies, digital asset exchanges, and market trends. We are seeking an individual with robust research abilities and a keen investigative mindset. The Crypto Research and Market Analyst will play a pivotal role within our organization by delivering client-facing research content and providing crypto expertise to our internal tech and product teams. You must have a passion for digital assets and be self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the research team to conduct comprehensive analyses on cryptocurrencies, crypto exchanges, and the broader digital assets market
• Identify and monitor market news, pivotal events, and significant regulatory updates within the digital asset realm
• Translate research findings into easily understandable content across diverse mediums, including research papers, briefings, email newsletters, and presentations
• Act as an internal subject matter expert on topics related to crypto assets, blockchain transactions, and emerging industry trends
• Provide copyediting support as necessary

Your Profile

• 1-3 years of experience as a research analyst within traditional finance, consulting, or cryptocurrency-focused firms; candidates with equivalent professional backgrounds in other roles/industries with strong crypto expertise will also be considered
• Proficient research skills and a knack for investigative analysis
• Understanding of financial markets
• Passion for blockchain and cryptocurrency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong time management, presentation, and organizational capabilities
• Familiarity with HubSpot is preferred
• Experience engaging with various crypto protocols/blockchains and assets is advantageous
• Work remove, availability to participate in calls during CET business hours
• Very good proficiency in English
