Distribution Licenses

There are three different distribution licenses in place for customers who want to license crypto price feeds. Every crypto price feed comes by default with a Basic Distribution License. If you plan to re-distribute or re-sell licensed data to 3rd parties, please get in contact with CONSTI for a quote regarding a Redistribution License. Different licenses can be combined, depending on the needs of you as a customer

Basic Distribution License (Default)

By default, the data in every crypto price feed is allowed to be used only for internal processing, for example to fulfill reporting demands. The Basic Distribution License allows the usage of a crypto price feed for up to 100 own users of your organization, including employees or external partners helping you to process the data.

The basic distribution license does not allow the use of the crypto market data for portfolio valuation for more than 100 different crypto holdings or public display to more than 100 users. If you need more capacity, select an Extended Distribution License.

Extended Distribution License

If you need to make the data from a crypto price feed available to a larger audience, ie for portfolio valuation of your own customer’s holdings, you need to purchase an Extended Distribution License. The distribution fee per 10k users is: US $1,000 per month.

Public Display License

As a customer, you can opt-in for a Public Display License allowing you to distribute any licensed crypto price feed, ie when you have a trading or investment website. Distribution fee per 100k users: US $500 per month.

On-Chain License

The publication rights of CONSTI data on-chain to smart contracts costs US $500 per month on top of the crypto price feed you are subscribing to.

Every participant (node) in an oracle network needs its own subscription for distributing data on-chain, if the participant is an independent legal entity.
